Body Bar Workouts Now Available for Download

BOULDER, Colo. – June 2, 2009 – Body Bar® Inc. a premier fitness company specializing in products and educational tools for fitness enthusiasts of all ages and abilities, announced today that iAmplify.com, a video distribution network, is now providing Body Bar workouts through its web site.
The workouts are lead by top trainers in the fitness industry, utilizing the newest, most innovative ways to use the Body Bar® brand weighted bar and Body Bar FlexTM. These safe and effective programs combine traditional moves with the latest trends to help achieve one’s health and fitness goals. Workouts previously unavailable can now be accessed, including a Body Bar Flex workout filmed in March 2009 at the ECA World Fitness convention in New York City. Through this partnership, content, including that previously offered only in VHS format, is available for download to computer, iPods and cell phones and is always accessible online via http://www.bodybar.com/Body-Bar-Store/Downloads.
